According to the requirement of "withdrawing from the city and entering the park" in Huaihua City, the production base has been relocated to Mayang Miao Autonomous County, one of the first "longevity towns" in China, and settled in Changshou Industrial Park.
At the beginning of this century, the company was restructured and transformed into the research and development, production, and sales of high-precision electronic products and precision instruments for civilian use.
On December 31, 2006, the state-owned Jiannan Machinery Factory successfully completed its restructuring work, marking the moment when it reformed the state-owned system and fulfilled its historical mission.
On June 28, 1993, Comrade Hu Jintao visited the factory inspection room and was grateful for the contributions made by Factory 507. He gladly wrote an inscription as a souvenir.
On March 6-7, 1985, Comrade Jiang Zemin, the then Minister of the Ministry of Electronics Industry, visited the factory for inspection, stayed there, and wrote an inscription.

On July 1, 1977, the new factory was built and relocated to No. 103 Jinxi South Road, Huaihua City. It was completed and put into operation in 1978.
On December 19, 1974, the Ministry of Machinery Industry notified our factory for the first time to change to a computer external equipment factory with the document "[74] Siji Zi 1308".
On October 16, 1972, after the hard work of the factory workers, the construction of the factory area began to take shape.
On May 1, 1971, the first batch of factory workers devoted themselves to the construction of the factory area with passionate work.
On October 8, 1970, the Fourth Ministry of Machinery Industry approved the construction plan. The first factory is named State owned Factory 4507, and the second factory is named State owned Jiannan Machinery Factory.
