Preparing for takeoff | Empowering a new journey with management and industry training

From February 6th to 7th, Huaihua Jiannan organized two training sessions with the theme of "Self Breakthrough of Managers in the Era of Change and Analysis of State Grid Development Trends and Service Provider Transformation from a Future Perspective".

The training course "Self Breakthrough of Managers in the Era of Change" by Professor He Xiaofei mainly explains in simple terms how enterprises and individuals can establish crisis awareness and accept change, accept change and self growth, upgrade their mental models and establish learning organizations, and break through barriers and coexist - cross departmental communication practices in organizational change, from four aspects. At the same time, it taught everyone how to establish a learning organization and how change makers can communicate across departments.

The training course "Analysis of Development Trends and Service Provider Transformation of State Grid from a Future Perspective" by Professor Zhao Hongwei mainly analyzes the development trends of electricity and new energy, charging piles under the new power system, and intelligent products under the new power system. The course uses easy to understand language to provide detailed data analysis on the industry's development prospects and innovation and reform directions.

Teacher Zhao Yujiao shared her running journey under the theme of "The Power of Role Models". Specially introduced my experience of participating in the "Xuanzang Road" Gobi Challenge for two consecutive years and participating in off-road events, telling the process and gains of challenging myself in difficult environments. Teacher Zhao's sharing deeply touched everyone. She explained the essence of the power of role models through her personal experience: using role models around her as motivation, combining her own passion, and dedicating herself wholeheartedly to something, she will surely reap growth and achievements.

During the training process, the game segment made the training full of fun, and each discussion segment pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Whether listening in class or raising their hands to speak, everyone participated with the fullest enthusiasm and energy, fully demonstrating the spirit and demeanor of Jiannan people.

After the baptism of this training, every Jiannan person has gained a lot. The times are developing, and the wheels of history are moving forward. Similarly, the industry we are in is also developing. Therefore, we must keep up with the pace of the times and the industry, develop and transform in reform.
