In the busy work pace, in order to enhance team cohesion and promote communication and cooperation among employees, on March 23rd, the Production and Manufacturing Center, R&D, Technology, and Quality Control Center of Huaihua Jiannan Machinery Factory organized a unique Zhijiang team building activity.

Zhijiang, a small town located in the western part of Hunan Province, is like a brilliant pearl, emitting a unique charm. It not only has beautiful natural scenery, but also contains profound historical and cultural heritage. It is a place where the soul can be nourished and team spirit can be sublimated. After arriving in Zhijiang, we first visited the Memorial Hall of the Surrender of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. Entering the museum, a solemn and dignified atmosphere greets you. The precious cultural relics and historical photos displayed in the museum vividly depict the magnificent years of the Anti Japanese War, allowing us to deeply feel the bravery, fearlessness, and perseverance of our predecessors. Under the detailed introduction of the guide, everyone listened carefully to every story of the Anti Japanese War, and their hearts were filled with admiration for the revolutionary martyrs. This visit is not only a historical review, but also a spiritual baptism, making us cherish the hard won peace and happiness today even more.

Next, we arrived at the Weichu Mountain Villa, which is full of Dong ethnic customs. Strolling through the peaceful village, it feels like crossing time and space, returning to that ancient and pure era. In the subsequent expansion activity project, we divided into six teams. The tug of war match instantly ignited the heat on the scene. With the referee's command, both players burst out with astonishing strength, their bodies desperately leaning back, and every muscle tightened, as if announcing the team's determination to the world. The audience on the side were not to be outdone, shouting and cheering for their respective supported teams at the top of their lungs. The cheers and slogans intertwined to form the most passionate melody. In this battle of power and will, everyone deeply experienced the power of unity and understood that only by thinking and working together can we defeat powerful opponents.

The rolling iron ring segment that followed seemed to take us back to our childhood. The small iron ring rolled rapidly along the track under the control of the contestants. This seemingly simple game actually requires a high level of focus and coordination. The contestants carefully pushed the iron ring, keeping their eyes fixed on the front, afraid of any mistakes. During this process, encouragement and guidance among team members also played an important role. Some people imparted skills, while others helped retrieve the fallen iron rings. In a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, everyone not only enjoyed the fun of the game, but also strengthened their friendship with each other.

The most challenging thing is undoubtedly running on six legs with five people. Five team members stood side by side, their adjacent feet tied together, forming a 'giant'. This game not only tests an individual's physical fitness, but also the tacit cooperation between teams. Before the competition began, everyone gathered together, carefully discussing strategies, determining slogans and pace. In the competition, everyone shouted slogans in unison and rushed forward with consistent steps. If someone accidentally falls, others will quickly stop, help them up, and then continue moving forward. In this process, there were no complaints, only mutual support and encouragement. Everyone deeply realizes that in a team, everyone's strength is indispensable, and only through close cooperation can we successfully reach the finish line.

Finally, a grand bonfire party began. Everyone danced joyfully around the bonfire. The firelight reflected on everyone's face, and smiles bloomed on their faces. At this moment, all exhaustion and pressure dissipated, and everyone enjoyed this beautiful time to the fullest.

We have gained a lot from this team building activity. We not only enjoyed the natural scenery and historical culture of Zhijiang, but also deepened our understanding and trust in each other through team activities, enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team. After returning to work, we will devote ourselves to our work with more enthusiasm and a more united spirit, contributing our own strength to the development of the company.
