Recently, Huaihua Jiannan's independently developed integrated smart microgrid project of photovoltaic storage and charging has been successfully completed. In order to achieve green production and respond to the demand for national level green factory construction, Huaihua Jiannan has independently developed and constructed the microgrid using the roof of the company's location.
Overview of Microgrid Project
The photovoltaic installed capacity of this smart microgrid project is 61.36kW, and it is connected to the user's 0.4kV low-voltage side through a "self use, anti backflow, and no grid connection" method. At the same time, a 125kW/261kWh energy storage cabinet was installed, which was connected to the user's 0.4kV low-voltage side using a two charging and two discharging strategy, and equipped with multiple high-power fast charging stations, constructing a complete integrated smart microgrid of light storage and charging. The microgrid consists of five parts: photovoltaic project, energy storage project, charging pile project, monitoring of key energy consuming equipment, and comprehensive energy management platform.
Intelligent microgrid system
In photovoltaic projects, the main grid connected equipment - photovoltaic grid connection box - is independently developed and manufactured by Jiannan. In terms of monitoring key energy consuming equipment, intelligent electricity and water consumption monitoring has been completed, and energy consumption monitoring of key energy consuming equipment on each floor and workshop of the park has been carried out. The integrated reading solution, as well as the associated intelligent energy meters, smart water meters, and energy collection gateways, are all independently developed and designed by Jiannan.

The comprehensive energy management platform is deployed in the company's first floor exhibition hall, with an intelligent LCD large screen displaying real-time dynamic power generation and energy consumption in the park. The platform software is deployed in the cloud. The company has implemented separate monitoring of production electricity and non production electricity, completed the collection of water, electricity, gas, and thermal data for each workshop and department, and monitored the energy usage of key equipment. This management platform is independently developed and implemented by Jiannan, both in terms of overall architecture and software development. After the implementation of the smart microgrid project, the company's external electricity purchases decreased by about 30%, achieving energy conservation and green environmental protection.

The construction of the integrated smart microgrid for light storage and charging is a solid step taken by Jiannan on the path of business diversification, and an important measure to actively respond to the national call and create a green factory.
