Huaihua Jiannan Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the "List of Typical Application Scenarios for Artificial Intelligence Empowered New Industrialization in Hunan Province in 2025" for the "Demonstration Scene of Fully Automatic Inspection and Quality Optimization of Intelligent Energy Meters Based on AI Vision and Big Data" project.

This project focuses on the manufacturing industry of intelligent electric energy meters. By building a "AI vision+big data" fully automated inspection and quality optimization scenario, the system solves the three major pain points of low efficiency of traditional manual quality inspection, untapped data value, and passive lag in quality control. The project deeply integrates artificial intelligence visual recognition and big data analysis technology to achieve automated and high-precision detection of electric energy meters from appearance to function.
